Not Me Monday 03/15

It's Monday...here we go again!
I most definitely did not get excited to window shop for a bike on Saturday night.  I am seriously not that lame!

I did cook seriously unhealthy dinners for the last week.  I don't even keep processed food in the house!

I did not do all my laundry and quit when I only had 2 loads left!  I mean seriously why do I torture myself!  If I did do that it would be back to 10 loads for me today :(

I did not tie my mismatched baby's walker to the garage while we had a yard sale.  Nope, my kids always match and would never attempt to cruise into the street!  If I had done this I definitely wouldn't record him racing towards the road!

I am sure I have dozens more but can you believe I can't remember anything else!?!

Hope you all have a great Monday!

Sawyer RUNNING in his walker

Yesterday we had a yard sale.  Not the most fun experience I have had but we will be doing it again next weekend!  Hopefully we will get rid of a ton of stuff which really needs to happen and make enough to buy a beach cruiser bike and a baby seat!  The weather is so great right now and I know Sawyer would love to go for a ride.

Sawyer is really cruising in his walker these days.  We had to tie him to the garage because he was racing towards the road so fast!  So he spent his outdoor time tethered to the garage.

Here is a video clip of him in action...forgive my annoying voice!

Things I Like Thursday 03/11

As most of you know I like themes for different days on blogs. It reminds me to blog regularly and assures I don't paste my kids all over here! I have tried a few different 'themes' for Thursday and just haven't found one I can stick to, so we are trying another one! No promises it will stick but so far I like the thought of it!
Things I Like Thursday!   Pretty catchy right ;)

I have Easter baskets on the brain and have started thinking about what the Easter Bunny will drop in my rotten sweet children. I love wooden blocks and toys. I had wood blocks when I was a kid and loved them! Mine were stained colors and to this day can remember which colors were which shapes. You don't see old fashion toys very often and I am sure I could find them on Amazon or something similar but why not support the little man out there?? So of course I head to Etsy, I would much rather help out someone trying to live their dream just like me! How great are these!?!

These adorable Zoo Animals  and this Small Red Car from Happy Squash Toys

These small cars from Small Town Toys

and these wood blocks from Dad's Wooden Toys.  If these blocks were stained colors they would be identical to what I had!

Cocoon Winner!

Thank you to everyone for playing!!!  I hope you enjoyed it and promise we will do another giveaway!!

I let Random.org be the bad guy and do the picking :)

Not Me 03/08/10

Another lovely Monday morning!  Another confession or 2 to share...or not :)

I do not burn the biscuits pretty much every single time I make them.  This could not be remedied by simply setting a timer...nope I would never think I will remember them every time!  I did not do this at breakfast this morning in fact!

I did not decide not shaving all week was totally fine...if I did, it would for sure be the very first time this happened!

I did not do a project 3 weeks ago that is just waiting to be hung up...still!  Nope, not me.

I did not hear Sawyer getting into the dog food and run for the camera instead of the baby!  No way!

We did not FINALLY get Sawyer his first big boy crib!  Yes, he is 9 months old and just now in a crib...yeah we're ghetto like that!  I mean...nope not us!  We had a crib before he was born!  Who puts a baby in a pack in play for that long???
Disregard chaotic bed in background...room had to be rearranged a little

and last but not least...

I did not break down and give the baby a bottle in his crib!  I think this is such a lazy move... a lazy move after 9 months of NEVER even considering it broke down and did it.
PS the extra 1.5 hours of sleep was AMAZING!

Now...what DIDN'T you do??
